US Swimmer and Beijing relay gold medalist Ricky Berens tore the back of his swimsuit in a qualifying heat of the 4x100m relay freestyle on Sunday during the World Swimming Championships in Rome.You might be thinking that what is new in this, he is a swimmer so he wears a swimsuit. But this different thing in his swimsuit was that, his bums were clearly seen through it.Shortly before stepping up to the starting block, the University of Texas senior leaned down to stretch and his suit tore.But he was not embarrass at all on his act
About his most sexiest heat of his career, Ricky Berens said,
“I kind of freaked out for just a second,”
He added,
“I felt like (the hole) was almost down to my knees. I felt like I was putting on a pretty good show.”
He set a new world record of 6:58.56, at the 2008 Summer Olympics in men’s 4×200m freestyle relay.
Ricky Berens’ experience should be a sufficient enough reason for swimming officials to ban these atrocious looking bodysuits. Swimmers should go back to wearing those sexy Speedo swim trunks. With swimming trunks, nothing like this will happen. What do you think?
