After years of refusing to directly answer questions about his sexuality, Sean Hayes finally sits down with a major GLBT publication to reveals that he is indeed gay.
In an interview with the gay/lesbian magazine The Advocate, Hayes, who has been notoriously mum about his sexuality, openly admits he is gay…finally.
"I am who I am," the 39-year-old Emmy winner told the magazine. "I was never in, as they say. Never."
“Why would you go down that path with somebody who’s done so much to contribute to the gay community?” he asks. “That was my beef about it. What more do you want me to do? Do you want me to stand on a float? And then what? It’s never enough."

John Mayer is in hot water for a too-revealing interview in March’s Playboy magazine. The 32-year-old singer is being accused of making racist remarks.
John Mayer said in his Playboy interview that he didn’t date black women. John Mayer isn’t open to black women as he explains his sex organ is a white supremacist. Tabloids have picked up his comments and dissed Mayer for being a racist.
Beside that,in the interview, Mayer reveals intimate details of his sexual relationship with ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson.
“That girl, for me, is a drug and drugs aren't good for you if you do lots of them,” the 32-year-old singer reveals. “Yeah, that girl is like crack cocaine to me."
“Sexually it was crazy. That's all I'll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm." He added.
And while many are appalled by the comments from the high profile interview, everyone is anxiously awaiting Simpson’s reaction.
In the wake of media scrutiny over comments he made about black women, former girlfriends Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston and other topics, he’s turned his Twitter account into an apology feed.
“I am sorry that I used the word,” he tweeted. ”And it’s such a shame that I did because the point I was trying to make was in the exact opposite spirit of the word itself. It was arrogant of me to think I could intellectualize using it, because I realize that there’s no intellectualizing a word that is so emotionally charged.”

One of soul music’s most indelible voices has passed away. Teddy Pendergrass, the gruff-toned R&B superstar who shined as the genre’s biggest sex symbol for much of the ‘70s and early ‘80s, died Wednesday at the age of 59.
The singer's son, Teddy Pendergrass II, said his father died at Bryn Mawr Hospital in suburban Philadelphia. The singer underwent colon cancer surgery eight months ago and had "a difficult recovery," his son said.
Born March 26, 1950 in Philadelphia, Pendergrass, a former drummer, first gained attention as a member of the ‘70s vocal group Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes. After signing a deal with the legendary production duo Gamble & Huff’s Philadelphia International Records, the heart-stirring singer lead the group to a string of hits including “I Miss You,” “Bad Luck,” “If You Don’t Know Me By Now,” and the socially conscious anthem “Wake Up Everybody.”
Pendergrass suffered a spinal cord injury and was paralyzed from the waist down in the 1982 car accident. He spent six months in a hospital but returned to recording the next year with the album "Love Language."
He returned to the stage at the Live Aid concert in 1985, performing from his wheelchair.

Big story on Action News tonight, Monica Malpass is pregnant and due to deliver in June.She announced her pregnancy today on the air.
The 48-year-old 6ABC anchor spread the news at the end of her 5pm broadcast today, and a station source even said she might be having twins! That part wasn't confirmed on the air, though.
A station source says Malpass told co-workers she is carrying twins, though she did not mention twins on the air.
Malpass already has a 9-year-old son with real estate developer David Cutler, her ex-husband. There's no word on who the father is this time around, but apparently it wasn't a secret that Malpass wanted more tots.

NBA star Gilbert Arenas has been suspended indefinitely after a much-publicized incident in which he allegedly pulled a gun on a teammate in the locker room.
NBA commissioner David Stern says in a statement Wednesday that Arenas' actions will "ultimately result in a substantial suspension, and perhaps worse."
Because Arenas violated NBA rules by bringing guns into Washington's locker room, Stern decided to punish Arenas now. He said the suspension begins immediately.
"Although it is clear that the actions of Mr. Arenas will ultimately result in a substantial suspension, and perhaps worse, his ongoing conduct has led me to conclude that he is not currently fit to take the court in an NBA game."
"Accordingly, I am suspending Mr. Arenas indefinitely, without pay, effective immediately pending the completion of the investigation by the NBA."
The star, who turns 28 today, is thought to have had four unlicensed guns in his possession and will likely face a grand jury investigation for the incident.
Every game Arenas ends up missing during the suspension will cost him $147,208.

Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson was found dead this morning in Los Angeles, TMZ.com is reporting.
The 30-year-old’s body was discovered in Los Angeles according to multiple reports. Her cause of death has yet to be determined.An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death, though rumblings of a drug overdose are running rampant.
Johnson was "engaged" to reality star Tila Tequila, who announced last month on a web video that her girlfriend had asked her to get married.
Tila Tequila posted this on Twitter: “Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w family.”
Johnson,30 years old reportedly struggled with substance abuse, and last month was arrested for theft after allegedly taking several items from the home of model Jasmine Lennard.
A rep for Tila Tequila did not immediately respond for comment.
